As a Human Resources Manager in the tech industry, your role is to oversee the daily operations and administration of the human resources department. You will manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development of team members, ensuring that the team is an effective and productive force. You will build lasting relationships with team members, set performance expectations and standards, and ensure that their work meets these demands. You will handle employee concerns, provide guidance and mentorship, and coordinate the performance reviews process.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategies
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Ensure benefits programs, employee contracts and workplace policies comply with current local and international laws
• Implement HR strategies that are cost-effective and promote Expoint’s desired work culture
• Develop a training program to ensure all team members possess the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their job duties
• Handle employee reviews, career development and succession planning
• Foster and maintain positive relationships between team members and leadership
• Create and maintain interpersonal communication channels with other teams within Expoint
